Pina Colada

Ingredients

  • 5cl of 7seas Rum
  • 3.5cl of fresh coconut water
  • 2.5 cl of fresh pineapple juice
  • 3-4 pineapple slices
  • 2 tsp of sugar

Cocktail Recipe

  1. Place the pineapple slices in a shaker and lightly crush them (using a muddler or a mixing spoon).
  2. Then pour in the pineapple juice and coconut water and mix until the sugar has dissolved before adding the 7seas rum. 
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously.
  4. Pour the mixture into a glass filled with crushed ice.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves and a pineapple slice.
